Dr. Tkach awarded grant by Defense Security Cooperation University
Dr. Benjamin Tkach (Mississippi State University) and Dr. Vasabjit Banerjee (University of Tennessee, Knoxville) have been awarded a two-year $397,848 grant by the Defense Security Cooperation University (DSCU) to research the value arms ecosystem. The Defense Security Cooperation Agency is the Department of Defense’s organization that manages the transfer of U.S. military capabilities. The research team is addressing a major gap in DoD’s understanding of the global military capability ecosystem by focusing on value arms, a concept coined by the research team.
